This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information and means to contact Finnplay (hereinafter also referred to as “the Data Controller”  ”We” or “Us”)

We are committed to following the privacy principles set out in the GDPR. We collect as little as possible, and only process it the way We have informed you in this Privacy Policy. Our aim is to respect your rights as a data subject and inform you about our processes as accurately and transparently as possible.

WHAT, HOW AND WHY WE OBTAIN YOUR INFORMATION

When you register to be in contact with Us, We need to ask you for some personal information in order to create your profile. We will also need, of course, your contact information so we can keep in touch with you and ensure that everything is running smoothly with our relationship.

Data we Do require for making your profile:

• Name (First Name, Last name)
• Phone Number

Data you may provide us with:

• Company name;
• E-mail address;
• Address;
• Device Identifier (This is needed if you sign up for Pushnotifications)

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

We will retain your information for 6 years after we are notified by you that your account is no longer needed.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

Right to Access Personal Data

You can send an email to privacy@finnplay.com with a Subject Access Request ("SAR"). Just identify yourself and ask for your info and we will gladly send it to you. We will process your query within 30 days of confirming your identity.

Right to Rectify your Personal Data

You can always rectify the information you have previously given us, so that it stays updated and correct at all times. Should you face any issues with updating your information, you are welcome to let us know! Please send your request to privacy@finnplay.com

Right to Erase your Personal Data

In some instances, you can request for your data to be erased. Note that this will only be applicable to where the processing is not required by law.

Right to object to processing

In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to Finnplay’s processing of your personal data. These can be found in article 21 GDPR. However, Finnplay does not use automated decision-making. 

Right to Data Portability

The right to data portability: In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data Finnplay holds and that you have provided to Finnplay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from Finnplay. The circumstances leading to this right can be found in article 20 GDPR.

Right to Withdraw your consent

In whichever situation you give your consent for processing, (for example, for push notifications you can also withdraw it.

Complaints

We are committed to keeping your data safe and running the website smoothly. However, if you are not satisfied with how your information has been handled by Finnplay you can always reach out to our Support Team with your concerns.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your interaction with the Support Team, you can always ask for the matter to be revised by our Data Protection Officer ("DPO").

The DPO will then launch an investigation to verify whether your information has been handled appropriately and in line with this policy and our legal obligations.

You will be contacted by the DPO with the result of such investigation.

If after raising your complaint with the DPO you are dissatisfied with the resolution to your complaint you can make a formal complaint to our lead supervisory authority, the Finnish Data Protection Commissioner:

Please note, that you have the right to contact the DPO of Finnplay or the Supervisory Authority directly and this is just a suggestion, you do not need to go through all instances if you are concerned about Finnplay´s handling of your personal data!

TRANSLATIONS

Finnplay's company language is English. We have our websites translated into different languages for your convenience. However, if there are any conflicts between the translated version and the English one, the English one will prevail.
