Intelligent Player Segmentation
Segment players according to behaviors and other attributes. Set up and view the player activities at a glance using a "card view". A card defines a single attribute such as "Users registered in past 15 minutes", or "Players not deposited in the past 2 months". Further refine player groups by applying multiple filters with any number of cards to create a player Segment.
Smart Action Settings
Set defined thresholds and triggers to activate messaging and bonuses. Engagement Manager is continuously analyzing player segments and triggers an action whenever a preset target variable is reached such as time, activity / inactivity, deposits, withdrawals, or any gameplay related activity.
Automated Campaigns & Bonuses
Create specialised campaigns that are tied to specific behaviours or activities. The Engagement manager is monitoring player activities and can be programmed to send out automated campaigns according to player actions / inaction. This optimises campaign delivery sending the right targeted message or bonus at just the right moment.
The messages are delivered via email, SMS and push notification using integrated service providers.
Real Time Data Display
