Finnplay Live on Google Cloud

GCPFinnplay has successfully migrated it first operator to run on the Google Cloud Platform. Login, monitoring and all services related to Finnplay’s platform Titan are now fully compatible with GCP requirements.  The set up was accomplished using Google’s Cloud SQL, and the architecture needed to enable the powerful auto-scaling system has been built.

Finnplay’s CTO, Mr. Yang Meng says,

“Having our first operator on GCP is an important achievement for Finnplay.  More and more operators are turning to cloud hosting as it offers significant advantages in both price and performance, so this was critical update for our platform to make it compatible with modern cloud-based hosting technology.”

Technically, this achievement shows the versatility of the Finnplay platform and its compatibility with modern cloud-based hosting and delivery services.  Also, given the increasing risk of rising energy prices in Europe and abroad, this creates more options for operators who may be looking to cloud services as a cost effective alternative for their hosting needs.

Finnplay expects the trend of operators requesting cloud-based hosting such as GCP and AWS to continue, and the platform provider will continue to further optimize its technology for performance in this environment.
